I've gotten my laptop up and running so I'll be able to make replies and do things a bit easier. One more piece of information you may find useful: restarting the computer seems to help, but only for a little bit. I'll to do it from my computer, but I make no guarantees. I'm not sure if I'll be able to upload any logs you may require because I don't know where my thumb drive is. I'm posting this using my dad's computer. The only things I've recently downloaded before this started were GTAV (it was a gift from my ex, but I discovered I couldn't play it reliably so I uninstalled it) and CyberGost VPN (downloaded in an attempt to fix connection issues while downloading GTAV because Comcast sucks. I'm currently running a malware scan on my computer to see if that picks anything up. I ran a virus scan but it picked nothing up.

I tried resetting to an earlier windows 10 build in an effort to fix the issue (the network diagnostics said I was missing one or more network protocols, but I couldn't fix the issue) and it seemed to work for a little bit, but then I started having the issues again. Every few minutes or so something will go through, but it never stays stable enough to do anything for more than a few minutes.
It shows I'm connected to the internet, but nothing will load and nothing will send on Skype despite saying I'm connected.
Okay so around 11am today the internet access for my computer, and only my computer, got really unreliable.
